This is our happy place! Charming décor, 2 bedroom +den, 2 bathroom condo located in uptown OC. You will not have the need to leave this place due to all the amenities. Enjoy the beach right in front, heated indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor kids pool, sauna, indoors hot tub, pool bar & grill (with happy hour and live music on the weekends), on site restaurant (with the best crab tower in town), 24 hour onsite security desk and video surveillance.
Supermarket, coffee shop, convenience store and restaurants at short walking distance.
Close by amenities: mini golf, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, water parks, amusement park, bowling, ice cream parlors, grocery stores. Boardwalk is a 15 minute drive, or ride the bus!
This condo was completely renovated in 2018 with new cabinets, appliances and granite counter top, new floors, new carpet, new bathrooms, new window shutters, new furniture all over, new TV's! Freshly painted in February 2025. Our condo offers a bright, clean, and inviting space with all the amenities you need for a great coastal getaway.

Max Occupancy is 6 people.
3 night minimum stay.
UNIT IS NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING EVEN ON BALCONY.
No pets allowed.
PARKING requires a one time fee of $80 by credit card (for up to 2 vehicles) paid directly to the building per arrival and valid for the whole stay.
No linens or towels provided. No toiletries provided. Guests provide their own bed sheets, bath and pool towels, shampoo, soap, and paper products. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. You might have available laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels; however, this is NOT guaranteed.
There is a $110 cleaning fee.
$500 damage deposit required. This is returned to the renter within 15 days after check out date, once premises are inspected and no damage is found.
Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 10 am.
