Below are rates per night. There is a 3 night min stay.
You are required to pay a $500 damage deposit that will be returned to you within 15 days after your check out date, once unit is inspected and no damage is found.
Cleaning fee is $110.
Payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal (plus 2.90% fee).
PARKING: A one time $80 (credit card) fee will be required by the building upon arrival. You will get a parking pass valid for up to 2 vehicles for the whole length of your stay (only during the summer months).
