Bedroom 2: one Queen size bed and one twin size bed (Bay view) + flat screen TV.

Den: one Full size pull out sofa bed (Bay view) + pocket door to separate from kitchen and privacy.

Living room: One Queen size pull out sofa bed (Ocean view) + flat screen TV
